Mangrove Clean-Up aims to preserve and protect the vital mangrove ecosystems. Volunteers participate in clean-up drives to maintain biodiversity and raise environmental conservation awareness. These efforts contribute significantly to the sustainability of our natural surroundings and promote ecological responsibility among the campus community.

We organized a skit and a demonstration to highlight how over irrigation and unregulated traditional methods of irrigation leads to low crop yield, pollution of groundwater resources, and how use of innovative technology can solve such issues.

Visits to old age homes foster intergenerational connections and provide emotional support to the elderly. Volunteers engage in activities like storytelling, games, and conversations, aiming to bring joy and companionship to senior citizens. These visits help bridge the gap between generations, promoting mutual understanding and respect while enhancing the emotional well-being of the elderly.

The Plantation Drive focuses on increasing green cover and promoting environmental sustainability. Volunteers participate in tree-planting activities across campus and nearby areas, aiming to create a healthier and more eco-friendly environment. These drives also educate participants on the importance of biodiversity and environmental stewardship, fostering a sense of responsibility towards  nature.

"Happiness comes in byte-sized pieces, some small, some large. It infects one person, and spreads like a ripple, till it becomes an epidemic. We rise by lifting others." NSS IIT Bombay continues its struggle to give more meaning to someone's graduation and to someone's need.

We teach the kids of construction workers from the labor camp and are grateful to our volunteers for sparking this 'UMMEED' in these young hearts.

Orphanage visits focus on providing care, support, and educational resources to children in need. Volunteers spend time with the children, helping with their studies, organizing fun activities, and offering mentorship to nurture their growth and development.
