Before every activity i used to feel like, ‘again I’ll have to go on sunday morning for attendance but what I didn’t realised back then was the memories I was making while doing the activities, be it be in campus or trip, the friends I made in my nss group, the memories, the bond with my AA, I gained all this along with doing activities which gave a sense of satisfaction since through them i was contributing toward the development of the environment and most importantly I was enjoying doing it. My favorite memory is the first trip to mangrove clean up drive, we looked at how adventurous it was, we got all messy at the end but it was fun and also the one where we went to yusuf mehrali centre, that was quite an enjoyable one

Initially I thought that NSS won't be as fun as nso/ncc but it was quite fun actually (atleast my department EnS). The in campus activities were also good (compulsory to attend) but not as fun as the field trips. The field trips were the best. Very fun no work load. I made many new friends and interacted with many seniors as well during the activities. Apart from that I want to thank our AA, Aarohi didi (she guided me more in my acads than NSS actually as without her help I would have been stuck in course selection loop my whole life), Chinmay bhaiya (the one whom I irritated the most by not following the instructions but at the same time we made the most fun memories with him) and Anushka didi. My favorite NSS memory is visiting Visiting YMC.
